This remote bespoke session is for those ready to shift stagnant energy, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect with their true self. It’s especially supportive if you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or on the edge of something new, but can’t quite articulate what’s needed. You’ve run out of options, you’re eager to move forward and you’re at a stand still, yet know somehow you’re ready to move forward.
We often sense that something’s off. But can’t always trace where it's coming from. This session is designed to surface the unseen: patterns that may be running beneath your awareness, stored emotions in the body, or energetic imprints shaping how you move through life.
What makes this session different is the integration of deep energy work with tailored coaching.
The coaching session is shaped by what arises in the our session together. Helping you make sense of it, ground it, and begin to take meaningful steps forward.
You’ll receive insights not just from the energy itself, but through my Reflector awareness, energetic sensitivity, and holistic understanding of the body. I also take into account your overall health and wellbeing, offering recommendations rooted in naturopathic health principles, somatic awareness, breath, and intuitive guidance.
Session Format
Intake: Pre-session health and wellbeing form
Healing: 90-minute virtual session (requested to be done in a quiet space within your most comfortable place). The 90 minutes is a combination of a discussion and energy healing.
Integration: 60-minute follow-up coaching session
What’s Included
Bespoke Galactic Reiki led session, with a gentle sound and light language activation, depending on what comes up
Energetic, emotional and behavioural insights
Follow-up coaching to support clarity, unfolding, and next aligned steps - with suggested areas of focus for ongoing integration (based on body–mind–soul coherence)
