I work one to one with individuals through single sessions, ongoing mentorship, and deeper regenerative journeys. Each offer is designed to help you return to the truth of who you are and support you in moving forward with clarity, safety, and integration.
Together, we look at how you've come to be where you are, what your system is carrying, and what it might take to shift into a more coherent, regenerative way of living.
My approach is integrative. I bring together intuitive coaching, sound therapy, and energy healing such as Galactic Reiki and Light Language, with naturopathic health principles, somatic awareness, breath, and heart coherence practices. This allows us to meet the full system: body, mind, energy, and soul.
Real transformation happens when we acknowledge both the seen and unseen. Many of the patterns we carry — emotionally, relationally, or physically — live beneath language. We inherited them. We absorbed them. They shaped how we survive. This work is about creating the space to release what no longer belongs and strengthen what wants to emerge.
As a Reflector, I work sensitively with your field to reflect what’s often hard to articulate or face alone. My role is to help bring the invisible into view so you can meet it with awareness and move forward in resonance.
At its core, this work is about self-leadership. Not in the traditional sense, but in how we choose to live with integrity, truth, and inner safety.
